End-To-End Support

We've worked hard to ensure Gooroo is easy and intuitive, but we know different people find difficulties at different points. When you use Gooroo you get access to our UK Based Support centre - where our staff are happy to assist you resolve all issues you may have.

It doesn't matter if you're a new user struggling to get set up your invoice template, or a veteran user exploring some of Gooroo's advanced features - support is always available, and always free.

Gooroo support is available to all trial users and subscribers, and never costs a penny!

Support How You Want It

We know our users are all different - some people like to talk on the phone, some prefer email and some like to watch a guided walkthrough. We have the means to help you in whichever way you prefer.

• Guided demonstrations (incoming) - we'll show you how to connect to one of our support machines, and show you how to resolve your problem on our screen
• Guided demonstrations (outgoing) - we'll connect to your computer and show you how to resolve your problem on your own screen

Our support staff will be able to recommend a method based on your needs - but your own preference will always be respected.
