Gooroo has a number of requirements to enable us to provide you with the best possible experience as well as offering you the newest possible features.
This means that we support a limited number of web or internet browsers (this is the software you use to view web pages on the internet). This is the software you’ll need to use gooroo.
To make it easy, we have included a table of our supported browsers for each operating system.

We also require that Javascript is enabled to use gooroo, and Adobe Flash player version eight or above is necessary to use our graphical reporting features.
Unfortunately, if your browser or operating system is not listed, gooroo is not supported for that operating system or browser combination. Don’t worry though, if you use one of the operating systems listed above, you can download any of the above web browsers for free. Just search the internet for the browser you would like to use and download. It should only take a couple of minutes on a broadband internet connection. Gooroo support is only a phone call away if you need any help with this.
If you decide to try and use gooroo on an unsupported web browser or operating system, you may experience unpredictable results and we cannot make any guarantees as to the
reliability of the system or your data. We strongly recommend that you do not attempt to use gooroo with any unsupported browser or operating system.
Upgrading your web browser to a more modern version like we list above has lots of other advantages too. A more modern browser can better protect you from internet threats and viruses as well as providing you with more features.
In the future, we will also introduce support for more browsers and operating systems as they become available. We will update this page as these changes happen.
