Gooroo let's you build up an invoice on screen in an order that just makes sense,

• Select a customer (or add a new one).
• Select a product (or service) from your catalogue (or add a new one).
• Add the line item, and repeat as needed.
• Decide whether to create an invoice immediately, or store it as quote or draft.

Gooroo let's you work in a way that suits you - want to set up you product catalogue and customer details first? Not a problem. Rather added them as you go? That's fine with us too.

Some invoices are more complex than others - Gooroo let's you customise each line (like setting a custom description and applying discounts).

Perhaps your customers want to see a quote before committing to work? Gooroo can help. You can store quotes for as long as needed. You can email them directly to you customers - all from Gooroo Invoicing.

Customers paying off your invoices in drips and drabs? Gooroo can help. You log payments against individual invoices at your leisure, and leave Gooroo to collate and summarise for you - and if you're a forgetful sort, you'll appreciate the Gooroo Invoice Biography - which shows you everything that's happened to an invoice since you created it.

Doing well and getting swamped under a pile of active invoices? Gooroo can help. Using intuitive filters you can ensure Gooroo only tells you what you want to know - want to see only overdue invoices? Not a problem! Want to see quotes you've sent out in the last week? Just as simply! Want to see all the invoices Bob has sent to Big Customer Inc within the past week that have been partially paid (perhaps a little unlikely!) - but even that's only a handful of clicks away!

Payments

With invoices come (hopefully!) payments - and Gooroo can help with those too. From viewing an invoice you can easily log part or full payments.

But that's not all - with Gooroo you can link to a Paypal account (they're free to set up if you don't have one) - and you can allow your customers to make online payments directly from their own computer (and of course, you can disable it if you prefer).
