Creating an Invoice

Creating a sale or a quotation in Gooroo could not be easier. From your Dashboard, move your cursor to the ʻInvoicesʼ tab and click ʻCreate Invoice/Quoteʼ.

If you do not have any customers in your database, click on the new customer button. Enter your customers details and click save and use.

To add a product or service, click on ‘New Product/Service’ and enter in the name of your product or service, the default price and the VAT rate, then click save and use.

You will then need to select the quantity and click add item.

Gooroo also allows you to add descriptions to each “product” or “service” on your invoice. Click on the description button, enter the details you wish to include in the little box and click “save”.
